How is Screend different from Greenhouse or Lever?

Greenhouse and Lever are full ATS platforms — thousands per year, weeks to implement, built for large HR teams. Screend does one thing: AI resume screening. No implementation, no contract, free to start.

Is Recruiter Mode free?

Yes, to start. Free accounts get 3 screening sessions per month, up to 2 resumes per session. No credit card required. Paid plans with higher limits are coming soon.

Does Screend store candidate resumes?

No. Resume files are processed in memory and immediately discarded. We never store the original PDF. Analysis results (scores, rankings, feedback) are saved to your dashboard so you can review them later.

When will paid plans be available?
